Experience the effects of shrinking the stomach, but with the power of the mind.  Although this process is also offered on an individual level for those who need more individual support, for many they would prefer the connection and support of a group.

With this process you will be developing a support group of other people going through the same procedure and building a community of like-minded people.

In the first session we will be working on the banding process and shrinking the stomach down.  Then we will be working on the food choices, exercises and other challenges as they relate to releasing excess weight.
