Weight Loss

In order to be healthy we do need to eat, so it is not reasonable to just stop eating.  Instead we need to focus on helping the individual make healthier decisions around food, exercise and creating a positive relationship with ones body and food.

Weight-loss can be treated in multiple ways.

  • Decreasing the desire for foods which do not support healthy  functioning.
  • Increasing the desire for foods, which do encourage a healthy body.
  • Uncovering the root causes for over eating.
  • Supporting healing beliefs around food to develop a healthy relationship with it.
